Ingredients
- 2 lbs - Square Hash Browns (Thawed)
- 1 Can - Cream of Chicken
- 1 lbs - Sour Cream
- 1/4 Stick of butter (Melted)
- 2x - 16oz bags of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 dash of salt and pepper
Directions
- Thaw potatoes
- Melt butter
- Mix butter and potatoes together, add salt and pepper
- In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, cream of chicken, & cheese together
- Mix everything together
- Put in a 9x13 pan (or whatever you got).
- Cover in aluminum foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
